New Patents Announcement

Recently, the CPChain Foundation has made significant progress in R&D. We just got confirmation that the foundation has just obtained another three invention patent certificates granted by the State Intellectual Property Office. By now, the R&D team led by Dr. Long has achieved 7 patents in the past one year.

The three patents are as follows:

2020102886474: A method and system for blockchain-based fault processing,

2020102886578: Blockchain-based certificate information processing method and system,

2020103472368: A processing method and device for computing tasks,


“A method and system for blockchain-based fault processing” this patent determines the clock parameters of the verification nodes of the blockchain based on the interval between the blocks of the blockchainIt obtains the first time pointafter the first block on the verification node comes out to receive a new blockIf the first time is greater than the clock parameter, it will broadcast a target block to the blockchain, where the target block represents the block determined by the verification node of the blockchain.The target block is used to replace the faulty block of the blockchain to generate a block. The target block is determined by the verification node, and the target block replaces the fault block to generate the block, and the fault restart process is implemented to ensure the activity and security of the blockchain.


"Blockchain-based certificate information processing method and system" invented a new type of digital identity and certificate system. The current digital certificate system uses CA (certificate authority) as the certification center. There is a hierarchical CA system around the world, among which the root CA is recognized by almost everyone. The root CA will issue a certificate to the lower-level CA. The lower-level CA must have the certificate issued by the higher-level CA to have the authority to issue the certificate. Eventually, a certain-level CA will issue a certificate to a specific website. When the browser logs in to the website, it will verify its certificate to confirm the authenticity and validity of the certificate.


However, this system also has problems such as the singularity of certificate, the high CA entry threshold, and the inconvenience for certificate revocation, etc. CPChain's latest invention patent has designed a brand new digital identity and certificate system.In this system, all users can register as issuers through the blockchain network (Corresponding to the CA organization in the traditional system) and freely define the types of certificates that can be issued. The issuer can revoke the certificate in real time through the blockchain network, and the verifier can also verify the certificate through the blockchain. The specific points are as follows:

  1. The issuer can freely define the types of certificates that can be issued, and issue certificate templates through the blockchain and distributed storage network. This way greatly expands the application scenarios of digital certificates;
  2. The whole system is a decentralized system based on blockchain, and the types of certificates are more free and the application scenarios are more extensive. Therefore, it is not necessary for only an absolutely trusted CA organization to issue certificates, and all users are allowed to freely register as issuers and issue certificates to other users. These certificates can be used in different trust circles according to different types;
  3. Using blockchain and smart contract technology, the issuer can revoke the issued certificate at any time. Since the blockchain nodes synchronize data in real time, the status of the certificate can be queried in real time, and the issuer does not need to deploy any services, which greatly reduces the The entry barrier for issuers.


"A Computing Task Processing Method and Device" has designed a new computing task processing method, which can use idle computing resources while protecting user data privacy. Currently, various cloud computing platforms provide rich computing task agent services. For example, in machine learning tasks, training a model often requires a large amount of computing resources, such as high-speed CPU and graphics processor, large memory and hard disk configuration, etc.However, the cloud computing platform’s computing task proxy service still has shortcomings such as trust issues between service demanders and providers, and privacy issues of user data. As a result, some computing tasks with high privacy and security requirements cannot use cloud computing services. Based on this, CPChain provides a method to connect service providers that provide computing resources (including specialized cloud computing service vendors, ordinary enterprises and organizations with idle computing resources, etc.) and users with computing needs to solve computing resources of trust between providers of computing resources and demanders of computing resources and protect user data privacy.


Since the establishment of the CPChain Foundation, we have never given up the adoption of blockchain technology in the real world. The applications and technologies corresponding to the above three invention patents might still have a lot to be improved. However, they are developed under our vision of real-world adoption.
